(art)n Laboratory

As an Artist-in-Residence at (art)n Laboratory, I aided with the production of complex 3D artworks utilizing proprietary PHSCologram and ImmersaGram technologies. Bridging the gap between digital modeling and physical output, I utilized advanced 3D animation and rendering techniques to manifest scientific and conceptual data into tangible, multi-dimensional forms. Beyond the studio, I acted as a technical lead for the laboratory's infrastructure, architecting a searchable image-database and managing the administration of network systems and web servers to support their pioneering digital archive.

In my capacity as a Curator and collaborator, I facilitated the intersection of fine art and immersive technology, working alongside esteemed artists such as Ellen Sandor, Karl Wirsum, and Ed Paschke. A highlight of this tenure included co-producing a permanent installation at the Chicago Midway Airport—a high-visibility commission commemorating the Battle of Midway through a sophisticated blend of historical data and digital aesthetics. Additionally, I curated a landmark exhibition of "ImmersaGrams," showcasing virtual reality snapshots from an international roster of artists to explore the friction between ephemeral digital environments and permanent physical records.
